According to ohana, Bleach's next arc will take place in an Ice Palace and Esapada's are confirmed to appear! The scans should be up in a couple of hours.
It says the new arc will take place at Ice Palace, it also mentions the names of arrancars like Starrk, Grimmjow and Nelliel. It seems Hisagi is still the vice-captain of ninth divison.
