Chapter 1029 Title: Even if you are a monster!!

Chapter starts of where it ended, with Queen furiously looking at Sanji and his broken blade.

Queen: "You brat... I thought you said you were a normal human....look at what you have done to my sword!!"

Chopper and Marco are shocked to see how resilient Sanji's body is.

Chopper: "Sanji how'd you heal like that?!"

Suddenly a voice behind chopper starts to speak.

X Drake: "He's been modified just like those villains from the comics!! Stealth Black so coo - No - so uncool!"

Chopper: "Oh so you are another fan then?!"

XDrake: "Shut your mouth, I am no fan of the cool arm- No - the evil army of Germa!"

Chopper: "He's definitely a fan!"

XDrake: "Argh!! In the comics, the Germa were a scientific army that were modified by a man called the Garuda, each one was modified to get an exoskeleton and enhanced abilities by incorporating the DNA of insects:

Sparking Red the first of his creations had his DNA spliced with a Firefly and was able to generate and absorb light unleashing barrages of powerful lasers

Electric Blue has his DNA spliced with a Hornet, granting him incredible speed and electrical powers which he was able to channel using his sword

Cute Pin - I mean, Poison Pink, had her DNA spliced with a Poisonous Moth, and was able to absorb poisons that she ate and secreted them from her body at will

Winch Green, had his DNA spliced with a Goliath Beetle, granting him incredible strength which was augmented by his winch like claws which could crush a ball of steel like an egg

Stealth Black, the most dangerous out of all Sora's foes. He was modified with the DNA of a Black Armored Grasshopper, endowing him with incredible jumping ability and leg strength. Stealth Black was the only Germa soldier who had bested Sora in combat and was the Garuda's most prized and powerful soldier

Apoo: "Hey idiot, you're fighting me remember!"

Apoo attacks X Drake who blocks the attack with his sword and ax.

Sanji:"I didn't want to become a monster like them!!" Sanji is downtrodden by the latest development in his abilities. Suddenly a voice pierces the depressive state Sanji is in.

Chopper: "Sanji, even if you are a monster, know that you are in good company" Chopper reminds him of his words in Drum Island, when Sanji told him what type of man Luffy was "He's a monster!" Chopper recounts his own experience as a monster and lets Sanji know that he and the others still took him as a friend.

Sanji is shocked by Chopper's statement.

Chopper: "Even if you are a monster, be a monster for your friends!!"

Queen tries to attack Sanji with his tail, but Sanji dodges and uses DJ. However to Sanji's shock the flame pattern is different and Sanji's flames become more concentrated enveloping his whole body with the pattern for Diable Jambe. Sanji then kicks Queen with Diable Full Course, which shatters Queen's tail claw and sends him flying into a nearby building.

Sanji lands and turns around to give Chopper a thumbs up.

Sanji: "To think our little doctor was capable of such passion!"

Chopper immediately becomes flustered and does his little dance.

Chopper: "Your compliments don't impress me you bastard!!"

Sanji thinks to himself that his kicks are different now and are stronger than before. He notices as well that his exoskeleton seems harder than his siblings for some reason. XDrake chimes in that the exoskeletons grow harder as you get stronger and they are resistant to fire, which is why Sanji's flames seem different. X Drake says all this whilst we see Apoo in the background furious at X Drake for ignoring him again.

Sanji notes that his fire has always been limited by his ability to withstand it.

Queen gets up and is furiously seething at Sanji.

Queen: "Do you think that's it for me, Germa brat!! I'll show you the true power of my plagues!!" Queen takes out a cannister and injects it into his neck. He continues after spitting up blood.

Queen: "All over the New World, I've crushed warriors with my plagues, i'll make your skull into my cup". Queen transforms into a more muscular, rabid version of his hybrid, with steel jaws and spikes of ice and metal covering his entire body. "Now behold, the true power of Queen the Plague"

The final page is a double spread of Sanji in his Diable Full Course mode and Queen in his Ice Oni form clashing as the impact from their fight creates a shockwave of ice and fire.
